Vendôme Ring, Enamel

Named for the octagonal place that has anchored Parisian prestige for three centuries, the Vendôme Ring carries its address with quiet authority. Its wide, ribbed face reads like architecture made wearable: deep vertical gold ridges in the Haussmann tradition, interrupted by a band of forest-green enamel that bisects one edge with intention. Two pear-cut stones are set in asymmetric conversation at the heart of the piece: a vivid emerald and a white diamond, each held in a fine claw setting, each catching light in its own way.
