Notes on Care

L'Entretien

Warm water, a small amount of mild soap, and a very soft brush. A clean toothbrush works beautifully. Rinse gently, then dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Jewels are each other's worst adversary. Keep pieces separate, wrapped in tissue or cloth when travelling, or in individual compartments when at rest. This applies to earrings too.

Remove rings and bracelets before anything physical. Gold is patient, but it needn't prove it.

Perfume, makeup, and hair always come first. Your jewellery goes on last. An ending, not a beginning.
