Each Albertine piece is made by hand, in solid gold, to order. All sales are final.

Because each creation is unique and handcrafted, slight variations in texture and finish are not imperfections: they are the mark of the work. Stones sourced from nature will carry their own character. This is intentional.

Shipping

We ship from our studio in Tel Aviv, worldwide, via private courier with full tracking and signature on delivery.

Delivery typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from the date of purchase. For bespoke or made-to-order pieces, the timeline varies and will be confirmed at the time of commission. If you need a piece by a specific date, please reach out before ordering.

We do our best to meet every timeline. Because each piece is made by hand, occasional delays may occur. Rest assured, we will always keep you informed.

Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped with import duties and taxes unpaid. For customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and all other international destinations, applicable duties and taxes will be collected at the point of delivery by the courier. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
